MGC Girls North West & Greater Manchester Success

MGC Girls Storming return to competiton

This weekend 7 of our girls returned to the competition area for the first time in 18 months, competing in the North West & Greater Manchester Championships that were held at Cheshire gymnastics in Northwich.

Despite the long absence from a competition environment due covid and the extra nerves they have all done themselves extremely proud and really put out some amazing routines around a the apparatus, with every one of them bring home a medal, and 2 of them winning the overall titles within their age group within Greater Manchester county - AMAZING!!

Level 6 Age 12+

Henrietta Adamson = 1st on Vault, 2nd on Bars & 3rd Bea, Making her the Overall Greater Manchester Champion & 1at Vault in North West.

Poppy James = 3rd On Vault Greater Manchester

Maisy Hoban = 3rd on Bars & 2nd on Floor Greater Manchester.

Level 6 Age 10

Alex Kozlowska = 1st Vault, 3rd Overall Greater Manchester & 2nd Vault in North West.

Lacie Beard = 2nd Beam Greater Manchester

Ava Beaumont = 2nd Bars Greater Manchester

Level 5 Age 11

Olivia Richardson = 1st Beam, 2nd on Floor, 3rd Vault; Making her the Overall Greater Manchester Champion & 1st on Beam & 3rd Overall in North West.
