North West & County Classic Challenge Champions 2024 (Part One)

Precision and Class, The Winning Formula For MGC Girls

It’s been a great weekend for our girls who travelled to Robin Park in Wigan to compete in the North West and County Classic Challenge Championships. This is always key competition for our girls as it brings many of the best gymnasts within the region all together.

As always it’s a tough competition and anything can happen when the adrenaline is running high and the competition nerves kick in, but all our girls delivered outstanding performances around the apparatus adding many new skills and achieving some personal bests.



Congratulations to:

Copper Aged 13

Lacie Beard – 2^nd on Bars in Greater Manchester and 3^rd in the North West.

Alexandra Kozlowska – 1^st on Bars, 3^rd on Beam and 3^rd Overall in Greater Manchester & 1^st on Vault in North West

Copper Aged 14

Olivia Richardson – 1^st on Bars, 1^st on Beam, 3^rd on Floor and Overall Greater Manchester Champion. & 1^st on Bars, 3^rd on Beam and 2^nd Overall in the North West.

They should all be extremely proud of themselves and we look for forward to our younger girls taking to the competition arena in Part 2 of the NW & County Classic Challenge in a couple of weeks time.
